Job Summary
The Marketing Support Specialist assists in developing and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen Kendall Farms’ brand presence and drive product awareness. This role supports content creation, campaign management, social media coordination, and multi-channel communications to ensure brand consistency and meaningful engagement with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Assist with writing, editing, and designing marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, product sheets, and promotional flyers.

Social Media Management: Maintain the social media calendar, schedule posts, and track engagement to ensure timely and consistent content across all platforms.
Campaign Support: Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely execution and effective collaboration with sales, production, and creative teams.
Event Coordination: Support trade shows, farm tours, and community events by managing logistics, signage, and marketing collateral.
Internal Communication: Work with various departments to gather information, updates, and visuals for marketing materials and internal communications.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key marketing metrics, including engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials align with Kendall Farms’ brand voice, values, and visual identity.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Communicate with external vendors, media contacts, and industry partners to support marketing and public relations efforts.
Content Creation: Utilize basic photography and video skills to capture high-quality content.
Field Footage: Regularly capture farm footage, requiring comfort working outdoors for extended periods in the sun and varying weather conditions.

Experience

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required; relevant experience will also be considered.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or a related role.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Constant Contact, WordPress).
Analytics: Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) preferred.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Qualities: Creative, organized, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
