Hiring: Maternity Nurse / Midwife – Bridge Home Care

Bridge Home Care is expanding its specialized home healthcare services and is looking for qualified and compassionate Maternity Nurses / Midwives to support mothers and newborns during the pre-natal, delivery, and post-natal stages. If you are experienced in maternity care and passionate about supporting families, this role is ideal for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional care to pregnant women, new mothers, and newborn babies
• Support mothers with breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and newborn handling
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby and report any concerns promptly
• Offer guidance on newborn hygiene, feeding, sleep routines, and overall wellness
• Assist mothers with post-delivery emotional and physical care
• Maintain accurate medical and care records
• Coordinate with doctors, pediatricians, and the Bridge Home Care team
• Educate families on safe practices and maternal health

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing, or certified Midwife
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maternity, labor room, or neonatal care
• Strong knowledge of maternal and newborn care procedures
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to travel within Kerala based on assignments
• Compassionate, calm, and supportive personality
