We are seeking an experienced Maximo Marketing Manager twith deep knowledge of IBM Maximo and the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to lead marketing strategy, messaging, content, and campaign development focused on enterprise asset management (EAM), reliability, and digital transformation solutions. This individual will drive market awareness, product positioning, and lead generation efforts targeting industries such as utilities, transportation, oil & gas, manufacturing, and public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our Mobile Informer software and MAS solution offerings.
- Shape product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly articulate differentiators and industry-specific benefits.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points.
Content Development & Thought Leadership
- Design creative assets including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to translate technical features of Maximo/MAS and Interloc software solutions into clear, customer-friendly narratives.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for MAS upgrades, modules, integrations, and industry-specific solutions.
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, tailored to Maximo/MAS buyer personas.
- Manage lead-generation funnels and nurture programs supporting the sales pipeline.
- Partner with sales teams to align campaign goals with business development targets.
Events, Webinars & Community Engagement
- Coordinate presence at Maximo-focused conferences (e.g., MaximoWorld, MUWG) and other relevant industry events.
- Produce and promote webinars, demos, and virtual workshops highlighting Maximo/MAS capabilities.
- Engage with Maximo user groups, forums, and communities to build brand visibility and credibility.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with product management, solution architects, consultants, and sales to ensure message consistency.
- Support proposal/RFP teams with tailored content showcasing Maximo/MAS value.

What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, EAM, field service, or related domains.
- Hands-on knowledge of IBM Maximo and/or Maximo Application Suite (MAS)—modules, industry solutions, upgrade paths, and ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, SEO/SEM, and HubSpot marketing automation platform.
- Proven ability to write technical-adjacent content for enterprise audiences.
- Experience planning and executing demand-generation campaigns.
- Experience with industry standard analytics tools, including Google analytics, Semrush.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS/PaaS cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise asset management trends, reliability engineering, and digital transformation.
- Prior experience working with IBM, Maximo partners, or MAS implementation teams.
- Experience supporting or participating in Maximo user groups or industry events.
