We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our MEP BIM team. The candidate must be proficient in Revit and capable of producing coordinated BIM models for mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems using Revit
• Link Architectural and Structural Revit models for MEP coordination
• Identify and resolve clashes through coordination with other disciplines
• Prepare detailed shop drawings from BIM models as per project standards
• Update Revit models based on site conditions and issued revisions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM execution plans, and UAE standards
• Assist in generating schedules, quantities, and technical documentation
