Your Role:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer in our R&D Center, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our furnace technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and implement solutions that push the boundaries of efficiency and performance in industrial heat treatment systems.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Mechanical Design & Construction).

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (or similar CAD tools) preferably.

• Strong command of technical drawing standards and practices.

• English (written and spoken) – good level.

• Problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Class B driver’s license.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in furnace design, thermal systems, or heavy industrial machinery.

• Familiarity with composite material processing or heat treatment technologies.

• Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation).
