Monitoring the Mechanical works (Fire system, Plumbing, HVAC etc.) for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.

• Reviewing, approving and processing all Mechanical technical submittals.• Answering RFIs related to Mechanical works.

• Coordinating and supervising the works of all Mechanical activities and operations.• Reviewing contractor’s Mechanical change order proposals and preparing recommendations to Project Manager

.• Liaison with the necessary Sub-Consultants

.• Reviewing contractor’s claims related to Mechanical works and assisting in preparing recommendations for the claims

.• Reviewing the contractor’s project record documents relevant to their discipline.• Managing the Mechanical Inspectors.• Analyzing laboratory and testing reports.

• Assisting with the inspection of completed works and monitoring the start up, testing, commissioning and handover of the Mechanical works.

• Carry-on Mechanical Site inspection activities.• Signing off on completed Mechanical works with completed documentation.

• Perform all other duties given by the PM
