Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the metal fabrication workshop.
Supervise production activities including cutting, bending, rolling, welding, and assembly.
Plan and schedule production to meet project timelines and delivery targets.
Review fabrication and workshop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
Monitor material usage and ensure efficient use of resources.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout all fabrication stages.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production progress and performance.
Ensure workshop compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Participate in equipment maintenance planning and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
5 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial production.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, rolling, welding).
Experience with production planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to relocate or be based in Riyadh, KSA.
Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
