Mechanical Revit BIM Modeler

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Revit BIM Modeler with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in developing coordinated BIM models for mechanical systems within MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Preparing coordinated shop drawings and ensuring clash-free models with other disciplines.
• Collaborating with engineers and design teams to maintain model accuracy and updates.
• Implementing revisions based on design changes and site conditions.
• Ensuring models meet project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and execution plans.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (MEP) and familiarity with Navisworks for coordination.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply technical details accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork/communication skills.
