Mechanical Supervisor

Role:

1 (Looking at the work regarding the electrical.

(2) Looking at the work regarding the mechanical.

(3) Looking at the work regarding the motor winding.

(4) Planning the work on a daily basis and assigning work to the workers.

(5) Implementing the plan given by your manager yourself and involving your team as well.

(6) Making the P/P of the machine in consultation with your manager and the production department.

Responsibilities:

(1) Implementing the plan given by your manager.

(2) Planning the work daily.

(3) Distributing work among the workers.

(4) Keeping in touch with the workers during the work.

(5) Solving any problem in the work.

(6) Providing the machine parts and tools regarding the work.

(7) Keeping your manager informed about every task given or to be done.

(8) Taking the preventive maintenance plan of the machine from the production department.

(9) Performing your duties as a member of the Fire Fighting team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
