Mechanical Technician

Job Summary

Eco Pure Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician with experience in residential and commercial buildings. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing mechanical systems to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical systems in residential and commercial properties
• Assist in HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical works as needed
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions
• Support renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Assist with coordination with clients and other technicians

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Technician
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and related equipment
• Hands-on experience in residential and commercial facilities
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• FM/HSE certifications are an advantage
