Job Title:

Medical & Surgical Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our medical and surgical supplies division in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong outdoor sales experience and a proven ability to generate and close sales deals. Candidates with a background or education in the medical field are preferred; however, those from other industries with solid sales experience and a willingness to learn medical products are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable medical and surgical consumables.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Generate new leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate visit reports, client feedback, and sales records.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience is mandatory (outdoor or field sales).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability and interest to learn about medical and surgical products.
• Educational background in medical, biomedical, or related fields is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience (medical sales experience preferred).
• Freshers with strong sales experience from other industries may also apply.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates on dependent or own visa.
