Medical Counsellor – Full Time (Female))

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and soft-spoken Medical Counsellor (BAMS) to join the Raja Ram Mohan Roy Education Foundation Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for guiding patients with medical information, providing treatment-related counselling, managing patient follow-ups, and supporting both online and offline consultations with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give patients basic counselling and medical guidance.
• Help with patient registration, follow-ups, and treatment questions.
• Support doctors during online and offline consultations.
• Keep patient records neat and updated.
• Maintain smooth communication between patients and the clinic.
• Explain procedures, treatments, and services to patients.
• Make polite follow-up calls to patients for appointments and reminders.

Requirements:

• BAMS-qualified female candidate (22–35 years).
• Polite, soft-spoken, and comfortable in patient interactions.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to manage online and offline consultations.
• Basic computer/teleconsultation skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Experience Required:

2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
