Medical Device Logistics & Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Device Logistics & Operations Specialist to support our supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (SMS.).
• Partner with Customer Service, and operation teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track and investigate shipment delays
• Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, documentation).
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve order accuracy and delivery times.
• Coordinate returns and pickups

Skills

• 2–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience—medical device or pharma preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience with sterile product handling.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lb and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the DMV Delaware Maryland and Virginia
• Experience with SMS systems

*We have both full-time and part-time hours available for this contract.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
