Job Title: Medical Manager

Location: Mansoura, Egypt

Our client, a reputable medical center in Mansoura, is seeking a Medical Manager to lead and oversee its medical operations and ensure the highest standards of healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all medical and clinical activities across the center.
• Lead and supervise medical, nursing, and allied health teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare quality, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with department heads and management on strategic and operational plans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical administration within a hospital or well-established medical center .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Preferably a Medical Doctor or a related medical specialty.
• Resident or willing to reside in Mansoura . (housing provided)
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
