Role Overview

We are seeking licensed Doctors & General Practitioners who want to collaborate on innovative healthcare software products in exchange for equity participation.

This role is ideal for medical professionals who:

Responsibilities

As an Equity Partner, you will contribute in areas where your medical expertise brings the most value, including:

Clinical Insight

• Provide medical validation for AI-driven features, EMR modules, diagnostic tools, or treatment workflows
• Advise on compliance, patient safety, documentation, and medical accuracy
• Help shape clinical workflows for telemedicine or hospital/clinic solutions

Strategic Guidance

• Participate in product direction discussions
• Support regulatory alignment (HIPAA, local laws, EMR standards)
• Help define clinical features, assessments, and decision-support logic

User Experience & Testing

• Review platform usability from a clinical perspective
• Provide feedback on patient journeys, physician dashboards, and data flows

Brand Credibility & Network Support

• Act as a medical advisor/partner to strengthen product credibility
• Support outreach to clinics, hospitals, or healthcare associations

Who We’re Looking For Required

• Licensed medical professional (MBBS, MD, DO, specialist, psychologist, or equivalent)
• Passionate about digital health, AI, and innovation
• Willing to work in a flexible, advisory-style role
• Interested in an equity-based partnership model
