Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team at Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals in the assigned territory 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions 

• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to present our products, discuss their features and benefits, and provide product samples 

• Plan and organize educational events, conferences, and workshops to increase awareness and knowledge of our products 

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth 

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or related field 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry 

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
