Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage a team of Medical Tele sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies, scripts, and campaigns targeting hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly team performance metrics (KPIs), conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and motivation.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize the tele sales process, utilizing CRM tools and sales data to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Market Insight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our medical products/services, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all tele sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company compliance policies

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Tele sales/Inside Sales management or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrable experience in Medical Tele sales, Pharma Sales, or Healthcare Sales is MANDATORY.
  • OR
  • A clinical background (e.g., Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, or equivalent) with a strong aptitude for sales, business development, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A deep understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and the sales cycle within the medical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
