Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Certification in Medical Transcription from a recognized institute (highly preferred)
Candidates must have minimum 1-2 Year Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe medical dictations from doctors accurately into reports, discharge summaries, operative notes, and clinical documents.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in medical terminology, grammar, and formatting as per hospital and NABH standards.
- Maintain document confidentiality, following NABH guidelines and hospital information security policies.
- Review, edit, and proofread speech-recognition outputs to ensure error-free medical records.
- Verify patient identifiers and clinical details before finalizing reports to avoid mismatches or errors.
- Ensure timely completion of transcription tasks to support TAT (Turnaround Time) requirements.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and medical coders to clarify unclear dictations or missing information.
- Follow hospital-approved standardized templates, abbreviations, and formatting rules as per NABH documentation standards.
- Identify and report discrepancies, incomplete dictations, or inconsistencies in patient records.
- Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) accurately.
- Assist in quality audits, documentation reviews, and internal NABH compliance checks.
- Maintain updated knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, procedures, and NABH documentation protocols.
- Ensure proper archiving, backup, and traceability of transcribed documents as per NABH requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection, ensuring adherence to hospital’s privacy and information security guidelines.
- Support the hospital team during NABH inspections by providing required documentation or clarifications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.18 per month
