Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Meeting & Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of meetings and events, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and guests.

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings and events, from initial planning to post event follow up
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored event proposals
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure cost effective solutions
  • Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Oversee on site event logistics, including setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, and guest management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Create and distribute event related materials, such as agendas, schedules, and promotional content
  • Conduct post event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event concepts to enhance our offerings
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards for all events
