Membership Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This is a marketing job that requires on-site visits, b2b visits, and community building to constantly generate new prospects. Duties:

• Assist customers in finding the right plan and making purchasing decisions
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or

concerns

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout floor, including reracking weights, cleaning trash left on floor.
• Marketing inside and outside
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

Skills:

• Previous experience in sales, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,400.00 - $5,000.00 per month
