Job Description:

The responsibilities of this position includes:

● Produce detailed 3D models, CAD sheets, and PDF drawings from point clouds as required for various MEP projects.

● Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company drafting standards and project specifications.

● Take full responsibility for all MEP-related projects, overseeing their progress from inception to completion.

● Perform QA/QC on BIM models as required to maintain high-quality deliverables.

● Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues as they arise within the office.

● Attend and, when necessary, lead BIM-related meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and coordination efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Certification/training in BIM and visualization software is an advantage.
• Prior experience working in AEC projects with visualization delivery.
