MEP Draftsman

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience, a strong proficiency in AutoCAD specific to MEP projects, and a solid understanding of electrical and HVAC systems for commercial interior and fit-out projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Create precise MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.

- Collaborate with the ID team and project teams to ensure that the drawings comply with project requirements and local authority standards. (DEWA,DCD,DM.,etc)

- Assist in preparing load schedules, heat load calculations, lighting calculations (lux), single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.

- Provide technical drawings and make revisions as necessary to support site teams.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and drafting standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or related degree in civil, Mechanical, electrical, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience from established fit out company with experience letter.• Well verse & through knowledge in AutoCAD.• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Ability to read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings• Available to join immediately
