MEP Engineer – Commercial Mall Experience

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with strong exposure to commercial malls and tenant-related operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all technical aspects of MEP systems, manage move-in/move-out activities, and ensure smooth coordination for tenant fit-outs, in addition to managing all AMC contracts and supervising teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all MEP operations within the mall (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).

Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, ensuring compliance with mall standards.

Review, approve, and monitor tenant fit-out drawings, materials, and execution.

Ensure all MEP systems are operating efficiently (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting).

Manage, review, and renew AMC contracts for all technical services.

Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and mall management.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.

Prepare technical reports and improvement plans.

Manage and supervise labor teams, technicians, and staff.

Ensure compliance with UAE safety codes and mall engineering standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 4–7 years experience in MEP operations within commercial malls.

Strong knowledge of tenant fit-out procedures, approvals, and inspections.

Experience in handling multiple AMCs, service providers, and contractors.

Strong leadership and ability to manage technicians and labor teams.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

UAE experience is must
