Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team and lead maintenance and project operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly tasks, including labor and material requirements

• Supervise and coordinate work across multiple sites

• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project timelines

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of MEP experience in Bahrain

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously

• Strong organizational and planning skills
