Qualifications

Engineering Graduates in Electrical Engineering with experience in handling MEP activities for residential and commercial buildings.

• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in designing Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical systems and examine and implement the systems effectively.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in construction projects (residential projects).
• Exposure to installation of Generators / Solar Power Systems, etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Project Engineer based in Chennai. The MEP Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects to ensure efficient execution and compliance with standards.

Day-to-day tasks will include managing project plans, supervising MEP systems installations, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and collaborating closely with Vendors / Suppliers, contractors, consultants, and other civil engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
