MEP Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a motivated MEP Estimation Engineer to join our growing MEP Works team.

We provide a wide range of hard and soft services across individual apartments, villas, high-rise buildings, factories, warehouse etc..

Job description -

• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
• Carry out detailed quantity take-off for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and related MEP services.
• Identify material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements for pricing.
• Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and detailed estimation sheets.
• Request, follow up, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify technical queries and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements.
• Update and maintain vendor price lists, market rates, and historical cost data.
• Assist in value engineering exercises and propose cost-effective alternatives.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions as required.
• Ensure all estimates are completed within tender deadlines with accuracy and reliability.
• Support management in finalizing pricing strategies and bid submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• estimation engineer: 4 years (Preferred)
