We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Estimation Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in cost estimation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Plan Swift and AutoCAD, and capable of preparing accurate BOQs, take-offs, and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze MEP drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs using Plan Swift.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure alignment between estimation and actual work.
• Assist in preparation of tender submissions and pricing documents.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering inputs.
• Maintain estimation databases and update pricing records.
• Support procurement team in supplier/subcontractor pricing evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in MEP estimation.
• Proficient in Plan Swift and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of MEP construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE projects.
• Knowledge of estimation software/tools besides Plan Swift (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX) is a plus.
