MEP Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine MEP material and equipment requirements.
• Develop and maintain procurement schedules aligned with project timelines, particularly for long-lead MEP items.
• Source, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors with proven experience in high-rise projects.
• Request, review, and analyze quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions to secure best value.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and procurement contracts in accordance with company and project standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure materials meet project specifications and site requirements.
• Follow up and expedite material deliveries to prevent delays and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Ensure all materials comply with UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
• Maintain accurate procurement logs, documentation, and supplier performance records.
• Identify procurement risks, propose mitigation measures, and resolve supply chain issues promptly.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Procurement for High-rise bldg in GCC: 5 years (Required)
