Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in a leading fitout company. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement for MEP materials and equipment
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop new supplier sources
• Coordinate with the engineering, project, and site teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor inventory and forecast demand for materials
• Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, and documentation in line with company policy
• Ensure all purchased items meet project specifications and quality standards
• Track deliveries and resolve supply issues or delays

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP procurement, preferably in the fitout or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and market prices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (ERP systems preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
