MEP Project Manager

AL GHURAIR MEP LLC is currently looking for Project Manager (MEP)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our group villa development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precast construction, project planning, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP design, coordination, and installation for multiple villa units.
• Supervise project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate closely with civil, structural, and precast teams for smooth integration.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in villa or housing projects.
• Proven experience with precast structures and MEP coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• UAE experience preferred
