Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Surveying:
• Conduct quantity take-offs, develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and maintain a detailed cost database.
• Monitor project costs against budgets to ensure financial control.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports to track the financial status of the project.
• Tendering:
• Support the preparation of tenders for MEP works.
