MEP Supervisor cum Driver and MEP Technician

This dual role includes technical duties like installing, maintaining, and repairing MEP systems, as well as administrative tasks such as supervising staff, managing schedules, and documenting work, alongside the driving and vehicle-related responsibilities. Technical and supervisory duties Supervise and direct staff: Oversee the work of MEP technicians and foremen, providing instructions and ensuring they follow proper procedures. System maintenance and repair: Perform, and supervise the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical (like HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems. Project planning: Estimate the time, materials, and schedules needed for repairs and projects. Quality control: Ensure that all work is performed to specifications and that systems are functioning correctly. Safety and compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes. Driving and logistical duties Transportation: Safely operate a company vehicle to transport personnel, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Vehicle maintenance: Be responsible for the care and maintenance of the company vehicle. Logistics support: Assist with moving materials and equipment, including loading and unloading. Documentation: Maintain records related to vehicle usage and any necessary work orders or service reports.
