MEP Technician

• Installing new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems according to project specifications and blueprints
• Performing routine checks and scheduled maintenance to ensure systems are running at peak efficiency
• Working with systems like HVAC, power distribution, and plumbing to ensure they are in good working order
• Diagnosing and fixing problems with a variety of building system
• Working with other technicians, engineers, and project managers on site to complete projects on time
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards in construction and maintenance
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
