MERN Stack Developer

Helpful Insight Private Limited is looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js and Nest.js for our development team. You will be part of a team that manages the end-to-end operations of all our products and services.

Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (On-site)
Work Mode: On-site || 5.5 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and guide the development team, including mid-level developers, juniors, and interns, ensuring their growth and productivity.
• Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups, providing technical direction and mentorship as needed.
• Coordinate between team and project management, ensuring timelines, priorities, and goals are aligned.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Core/Advance JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• Create dynamic and interactive user interfaces using Next.js, leveraging its server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) capabilities.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support front-end requirements.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end development principles.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining APIs using Node.js.
• Solid knowledge of React.js and state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with Next.js features like SSR, SSG, and API routes.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong experience in database.
• Team leading skills.

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in MERN stack development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
