Meta Expert – Evening Shift (6 PM to 12 AM)

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Meta Expert to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and strong skills in targeting, budgeting, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for best performance and ROI
• Handle audience targeting, retargeting & lookalike audiences
• Monitor daily campaign metrics and adjust strategies
• Prepare performance reports
• Maintain ad quality and ensure policy compliance
• Collaborate with team for ad creatives & strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist
• Strong understanding of Pixel, Events, and Conversions
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Must be available for 6 PM to 12 AM shift
