Job Summary:
Corevato Solutions is seeking a talented Ads & Social Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads, while also handling our social media presence. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in performance marketing with hands-on experience in social media management, content posting, and audience engagement to drive brand growth and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve campaign ROI.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for higher CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and provide actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to boost conversions.
- Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and digital advertising best practices.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and content tailored to each platform.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to messages and comments, and foster community growth.
- Track social media analytics and prepare reports with insights to optimize reach and engagement.
- Work with design and content teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Strong knowledge of PPC advertising, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor or Masters Degree
- Experience with AI-driven ad optimization and automation tools.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Background in managing high-budget ad campaigns and multi-platform strategies.
