Job Opening: Senior Meta & Google Ads Specialist (Karachi)

We are looking for a highly skilled, performance-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist with proven experience in running successful campaigns for at least 5 years at a reputable digital marketing agency.

This role is strictly for experienced professionals only.
Freshers, learners, or beginners should NOT apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Create, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, and GMB (Local Ads).
• Execute full-funnel strategies with focus on ROI, CPL, CPA, and lead quality.
• Perform continuous A/B testing, audience refinement, and keyword optimization.
• Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and campaign structures aligned with business goals.
• Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage dental industry campaigns with an understanding of the niche.
• Ensure high-quality lead generation and strict monitoring of ad spend efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 5 years experience running ads in a reputable digital agency
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMB campaigns, and lead generation funnels
• Ability to independently plan, execute, and scale campaigns
• Expertise in ads for healthcare or dental sectors (preferred)
• Professional communication and campaign reporting skills
• A strong portfolio demonstrating measurable results

Trial Requirement (3–7 Days)

Before final hiring, we require a 3–7 day trial period to assess real performance.
This trial will include:

• Setting up a GMB Local Campaign
• Developing and optimizing a Meta Ads Dental Campaign

* The trial is unpaid, but once hired, compensation will be excellent.
