Job Title:Microsoft Dynamic 365 Functional Consultant

Location:Dubai

Duration:Permanent Role

Experience:3 to 10 Years

Qualification:Any Graduation

Job Responsibility
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution design documentation.
  • Preparing detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and workflows.
  • Assisting in aligning CRM capabilities with business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of functional requirements into system customizations.
  • Offering a consultative approach and listening to client requirements and delivering accordingly
  • Might be required to operate in a Business Analysis role working closely with customers to define requirements, create reports and documentation
  • Supporting system testing, user training, and go-live preparation.
  • Creating user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Providing post-implementation support and functional enhancements based on user feedback.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and CRM best practices aligned with business needs.
  • Participating in client demos and discussions to present functional capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience with 1-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a functional or business analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM modules and business process mapping.
  • Proficiency in documenting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system functionality.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective documentation and training.
  • Analytical mindset with a detail oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
