Job Responsibility
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution design documentation.
- Preparing detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and workflows.
- Assisting in aligning CRM capabilities with business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of functional requirements into system customizations.
- Offering a consultative approach and listening to client requirements and delivering accordingly
- Might be required to operate in a Business Analysis role working closely with customers to define requirements, create reports and documentation
- Supporting system testing, user training, and go-live preparation.
- Creating user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
- Providing post-implementation support and functional enhancements based on user feedback.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and CRM best practices aligned with business needs.
- Participating in client demos and discussions to present functional capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience with 1-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a functional or business analyst role.
- Strong understanding of CRM modules and business process mapping.
- Proficiency in documenting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system functionality.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective documentation and training.
- Analytical mindset with a detail oriented approach to problem solving.
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
