Mid-Level Software Implementation Specialist

Objective

• Responsible for deploying, configuring, and validating the delivered solution/product to the client’s environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assisting in conducting business analysis to understand the client's requirements and processes.
• Assisting in testing and validating the effectiveness of the new solutions.
• Deploying, configuring, and tuning the software in the customer environment.
• Participating in deployment and testing in client environments, bug fixes, and customizations for existing and new clients.
• Working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are properly implemented and integrated with other systems.
• Monitoring client satisfaction with services to ensure client needs are being met.
• Identifying potential problems early on in the testing/implementation phase to ensure the success of the delivery.
• Participating in Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the solutions during acceptance testing.
• Assisting in Foreseeing the deployment of products onto the client environment and successful delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Sciences or any relevant fields.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with database (MS SQL or Oracle).
• Familiarity with testing, SSL security, and -certificate management reading logs – are a plus.
• Familiarity with handling different operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Familiarity with applications servers (Websphere, Apache Tomcat,..etc ) are a plus.
• Familiarity with openShift and Kubernetes, microservices, and containerized architecture are a plus.
• Understanding of project management processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Incident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
