Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer experienced in building offline-first, AI-powered mobile applications for Android and iOS. The role blends mobile frontend/backend development with on-device AI model integration.

You will work with our AI (LLM/TTS) engineering team to deploy quantized AI models, vector memory, and RAG pipelines directly on the device.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform or native mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, Android/iOS).
• Integrate quantized/distilled AI models (LLM, TTS) using Core ML, TFLite, ONNX, GGUF, llama.cpp.
• Implement local vector search using SQLite + FAISS / Milvus-lite.
• Build on-device RAG pipelines.
• Manage voice pipelines (STT + TTS) and real-time conversation flows.
• Optimize for speed, memory, and battery consumption.
• Create encrypted local storage systems.
• Implement internal API logic and wrappers for model inference.
• Support model testing, fine-tuning, and deployment with AI engineers.
• Package MVP builds for demos and user testing.

Mandatory Skills

• React Native, Flutter, or Native Kotlin/Swift
• Strong understanding of offline-first architectures
• SQLite, Room DB, Core Data
• On-device AI deployment (TFLite, Core ML, ONNX, GGUF, llama.cpp)
• Vector DBs (FAISS, Milvus-lite, Weaviate-lite)
• RAG pipeline knowledge
• App performance optimization
• Optional: speech processing, multilingual experience, E2E encryption
