Job Title: Mobile Asset Management Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a Mobile Asset Management Coordinator to manage the organization’s mobile device inventory, including tracking, shipping, receiving, and internal distribution. The role ensures accurate documentation and handling of mobile assets while supporting IT and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Intune, Cayosoft, the Verizon Business Portal, and Apple devices (iPads and iPhones).

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of mobile devices, including receiving, shipping, and internal distribution
• Configure and deploy Apple iPads and iPhones for corporate use
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Apple devices
• Administer mobile device management (MDM) policies using Intune and related tools
• Guide end-users on effective use and optimization of Apple devices for business productivity
• Maintain accurate records of mobile assets and usage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Intune, Cayosoft, and Verizon Business Portal
• Expertise in Apple iPads and iPhones, including configuration, application deployment, and device management
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues specific to Apple devices
• Knowledge of MDM best practices and corporate mobile device policies
• Ability to train and guide end-users on device usage
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Education / Qualifications:

• Relevant IT or technical experience; certifications in Apple device management or MDM tools preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.25 - $50.81 per hour
