Mobile Device Management - UEM Technology Support

We need a Modern Workplace Device Services professional to enable customers on Modern Device Management transformation journeys with best practices, innovation, and technical leadership. The role focuses on technical leadership in the creation, testing, and delivery of solutions that meet customers' business needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain SCCM (v1611/1706/1806/1902) and Altiris tools.
• Manage enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and UEM platforms: install, deploy, update, monitor app usage on company mobile and endpoint devices.
• Provide support via telephone, web, and face to face; diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade software and modern devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Support incident management, patch management, and application deployment/monitoring.
• Resolve service requests and incidents independently; handle release issues.
• Create and maintain device health and report dashboards.
• Work asynchronously on a 24 7 basis as required.
• Collaborate with AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 networking components.
• Communicate possibilities in global meetings and support teams.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in IT and 2-3 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
• Experience with Workspace ONE, Intune, SNOW/Remedy/DXCSM, Azure, and O365 licensing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, Microsoft Defender, and MDM.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; multi task and set priorities.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in iOS, Android, and Windows application signing and provisioning.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Azure, Intune, Microsoft Defender.
• Knowledge of global meeting/forums and forum representation.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
