Now Hiring: Mobile Real Estate Loan Closing Attorneys (Statewide – South Carolina)

Carolina Attorney Network is actively onboarding South Carolina Bar–licensed mobile real estate closing attorneys to support our growing statewide business.

We are a team of experienced South Carolina closing attorneys with over 20 years in practice. We take pride in offering:

Whether you’re a seasoned real estate attorney or a recently admitted to the South Carolina Bar looking to build your practice, we can help you grow. You can take on a few closings per week or build toward a full schedule—your workload is flexible based on your availability.

Requirements

  • Active member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
  • Current South Carolina Notary commission
  • Ability to provide a clear background check
  • E&O insurance (proof required)
  • Experience conducting residential real estate closings (refinances, purchases, and home equity loans) preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with clients, lenders, and staff
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between closing locations
  • Ability to print and scan loan packages up to 200 pages (letter and legal size)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential real estate loan closings at borrowers’ homes, offices, or other agreed locations
  • Ensure all closings comply with South Carolina law, client requirements, and company procedures
  • Clearly explain documents to borrowers, answer questions within the scope of representation, and safeguard client interests
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication throughout each transaction
  • Coordinate promptly with our office regarding any issues, questions, or post-closing needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Location: Statewide coverage within South Carolina (mobile / travel required)
