Montessori Lead Teacher (Primary Ages 2.5–6)

OakRidge Academy is opening The Grove, a new Montessori Primary classroom for ages 2.5–6. We are seeking a warm, dedicated Montessori Lead Teacher to guide this mixed-age classroom and help us build a beautiful, child-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Montessori Primary classroom (ages 2.5–6)
• Prepare a peaceful, organized prepared environment
• Present Montessori lessons following AMI/AMS standards
• Support independence, concentration, and responsibility
• Observe and record each child’s progress
• Communicate kindly and professionally with families
• Guide and support classroom assistants

What We’re Looking For

• Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE)
• Experience in a Montessori Primary (3–6 or 2.5–6) classroom
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy
• Calm, respectful classroom leadership
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
