Montessori Teacher

Role Summary

The teacher supports children in the age group of 2.5 to 6 years using Montessori methods and English language learning practices. The role focuses on guiding children towards independence, language development, and foundational academic skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Montessori activities in Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Culture.
• Present Montessori materials correctly and guide children through hands-on learning.
• Support English language development through spoken activities, phonics, reading readiness, and vocabulary building.
• Observe each child’s progress and maintain individual records.
• Ensure a safe, calm, and engaging classroom environment.
• Assist in preparing teaching materials and maintaining order in the learning space.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
• Support class routines such as circle time, storytelling, rhymes, and group activities.

Required Qualifications

• Montessori Training (Diploma/Certification) preferred
• Strong English communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach.

Experience

• 0-3 years with Montessori training or early childhood education background can apply.
• Freshers with any Bachelor's/Master's degree interested to work with Children can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
