Your Role:

• Guide clients through the full mortgage process from qualification to closing
• Match clients with optimal mortgage products based on their financial needs
• Leverage both company-provided and self-sourced leads
• Build strong client relationships with a focus on trust, transparency, and speed

Requirements:

• Minimum months in mortgage sales or real estate.
• Strong network within the UAE property or finance sectors
• Self-driven and target-oriented with a client-first mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
