Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
• Teach age-appropriate concepts through activity-based learning
• Handle academic and co-curricular activities for early and primary classes
• Maintain discipline, class records, and student progress reports
• Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioral development
• Coordinate with parents regarding student performance and well-being
• Ensure smooth daily routines, hygiene, and class management

Requirements:

• Qualification: NTT/ECTE/D.Ed/JBT/B.Ed (as applicable)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Warm, patient, and child-focused personality
• Ability to plan activities, lessons, and assessments effectively
