Motorcycle Mechanic

Job Purpose:

To perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on CFMOTO motorcycles, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and overhaul of motorcycles as per manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct test rides (if authorized) to verify repair quality and performance.
• Maintain proper documentation of all repairs and services performed.
• Report any additional required work or safety concerns to the Workshop Supervisor before proceeding.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
• Follow CFMOTO service manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Assist in training junior technicians when required.
• Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic, preferably with CFMOTO or similar brands.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines, transmissions, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and electronic systems.
• UAE motorcycle license is an advantage.
