Mould Maintenance Engineer (IM Husky)

The Mould Maintenance Engineer (IM Husky) is responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molds, with a focus on Husky equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring molds are in optimal condition for production. The engineer will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve mold performance. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on injection molds, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.
• Diagnose and repair mold issues, such as wear and tear, damage, and malfunctions.
• Utilize Husky equipment for mold maintenance and repair.
• Read and interpret mold drawings and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize mold performance.
• Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance and repairs.
• Order and manage mold spare parts and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
