Know What You’ll Make

• $22–$24/hr (merit-based after training)
• Training pay: $20/hr for 1–3 weeks or 10 jobs with a supervisor
• Minimum $60 per move after training
• Single-item moves: Minimum $36
• Most jobs last 5–6 hours, and Move Leads often earn $500–$700+ weekly.
• All jobs are tip-eligible.

Basic Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive 10–26 ft box trucks
• Truck driving experience preferred
• 2+ years of moving experience (lead experience preferred)
• Able to lift 75+ lbs consistently
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access
• Must arrive in black pants, closed-toe shoes, and a Happy Labor branded shirt (provided)
